00:01:09.000 --> 00:01:16.000
Bed-bound. Facing the tough choice between surgery. And alternative healing. She chose the latter.
00:01:16.000 --> 00:01:23.000
Embracing spiritually and holistic medicine. Against all odds, she recovered completely.
00:01:23.000 --> 00:01:28.000

This is our logo. It truly represents the core. Of what we do, and how we stand strong.
00:03:44.000 --> 00:03:51.000
Notice how focused sits right at the core? That's because everything that we explore.
00:03:51.000 --> 00:03:56.000
From reality-focused dynamics? To success-focused solutions.
00:03:56.000 --> 00:04:01.000
It centers around clear. Intentional direction.
00:04:01.000 --> 00:04:05.000
In fact, the idea of focus is so core to us.
00:04:05.000 --> 00:04:13.000
That's even reflected in our business phone number. 303-362-8733.
00:04:13.000 --> 00:04:20.000
Which spells? 303-focused on your phone pad. We never forget our number.
00:04:20.000 --> 00:04:26.000
Ever want to think about getting centered. Being core, being focused. Remember.
00:04:26.000 --> 00:04:31.000
303 Focused. We believe that by truly being focused.
00:04:31.000 --> 00:04:37.000
Focused on what matters, we can create meaningful change and achieve.
00:04:37.000 --> 00:04:46.000
Lasting unity.
00:04:46.000 --> 00:04:52.000
We have proven compassionate strategies to turn conflict. Into lasting harmony.
00:04:52.000 --> 00:04:59.000
This happens at home. At work, and in every relationship that matters.
00:04:59.000 --> 00:05:05.000
Are you ever frustrated by attention? Arguments at home?
00:05:05.000 --> 00:05:12.000
At the office. Our seven-step roadmap. Gives you the tools that move from conflict.
00:05:12.000 --> 00:05:17.000
To collaboration. Quickly and confidently.
00:05:17.000 --> 00:05:22.000
Are you craving stronger trust? Stronger connections.
00:05:22.000 --> 00:05:32.000

00:05:32.000 --> 00:05:39.000
This works personally and professionally. Transform that conflict into connection.
00:05:39.000 --> 00:05:47.000
Together. We can do that by achieving unity. The bottom right. She can also see another one of our domain names.
00:05:47.000 --> 00:05:53.000
Realityfocused dynamics.com. Use that. Use what it takes for us to get together.
00:05:53.000 --> 00:06:06.000
And let's build this unity, again, together, achieving unity. For all of us.
00:06:06.000 --> 00:06:11.000
Unity inspires us in our homes. It shapes society.
00:06:11.000 --> 00:06:18.000
And it transforms workplaces. So that unity, we can't do it all alone.
00:06:18.000 --> 00:06:24.000
We'll be with our spouse, our families. The community, the workplace.
00:06:24.000 --> 00:06:29.000
We help you turn frustration. Into understanding.
00:06:29.000 --> 00:06:33.000
Have you ever heard somebody say, what the. Frustration?
00:06:33.000 --> 00:06:37.000
Okay, maybe they didn't use the word frustration, but that's what's there.
00:06:37.000 --> 00:06:41.000
But we must find value in our actions instead of reacting.
00:06:41.000 --> 00:06:50.000
In anger or frustration. But what we do in our class, in our course, is we show how anger holds.
00:06:50.000 --> 00:06:57.000
No value. Anger is just actions not gaining effective results.
00:06:57.000 --> 00:07:04.000
A-n-g-e-r. Actions Not Gaining Effect Results. That's all anger is.
00:07:04.000 --> 00:07:11.000
Life happens in every relationship. From personal relationships, to professional relationships.
00:07:11.000 --> 00:07:19.000
From parenting time, to partnerships. In the boardroom, in the bedroom, in every room in between.
00:07:19.000 --> 00:07:23.000
We show you how to embrace those challenges, each and every one of them.
00:07:23.000 --> 00:07:28.000
And encourage. More inspired and inclusive.
00:07:28.000 --> 00:07:32.000
Future. If you go to my blog, you'll see several articles.
00:07:32.000 --> 00:07:38.000
On the EII. Which is encouraged, inspire.
00:07:38.000 --> 00:07:42.000
And include others. Read it. Let's talk more.
00:07:42.000 --> 00:07:52.000
One vision, one goal. Achieving unity in every area of life.
00:07:52.000 --> 00:07:56.000
What's our call to action? Call to action, let's ditch the drama.
00:07:56.000 --> 00:08:03.000
How much drama do we see every day? Let's ditch that drama and get… things done.
00:08:03.000 --> 00:08:10.000
Get stuff done. Each and every day, wherever we are. In our course, we show you how to turn your life of what may seem.
00:08:10.000 --> 00:08:16.000
Like a dumpster fire. Into a well-oiled machine.
00:08:16.000 --> 00:08:23.000
Put all that stress behind, get rid of that frustration. To be effective in our…
00:08:23.000 --> 00:08:28.000
Actions and our results. Achieving unity is the path. To stronger relationships.
00:08:28.000 --> 00:08:35.000
It's inspired leadership. And lasting change. It can take that short-term change.
00:08:35.000 --> 00:08:41.000
Turn into long-term improvements. We have coaching, we have consulting.
00:08:41.000 --> 00:08:47.000
In our courses, we have keynote speeches. So contact us today. Realityfocusdynamics.com.
00:08:47.000 --> 00:08:54.000
Or call me, 303-FOCUSED, 303-362. 8733.
00:08:54.000 --> 00:09:00.000
I'm looking forward to hearing from you.
00:09:00.000 --> 00:09:10.000
And again, this is a weekly podcast. I have a great guest every week. I know you're gonna enjoy the one we have today when Sue gets up in a few minutes. But don't forget, Scott Schilling will be here next week.
00:09:10.000 --> 00:09:16.000
Talking about creating authentic relationships that matter. That's on September 10th.
00:09:16.000 --> 00:09:24.000
September 17th, we'll have Mila Johansen. Self-publishing is easy as 1, 2, 3.
00:09:24.000 --> 00:09:29.000
For anyone, at any age. What about your life? You ever thought about writing a book?
00:09:29.000 --> 00:09:34.000
Come join us on 9-17. We'll show you how, how to build that communication.
00:09:34.000 --> 00:09:41.000
Amongst you, your family, friends, and the community. Then on September 24th.
00:09:41.000 --> 00:09:48.000
We have Michael Davis, Storytelling Power Trio. Which also tells stories.
00:09:48.000 --> 00:09:56.000
How to communicate better, how to talk to our family. Friends, and again, the community, as well as the workplace.
00:09:56.000 --> 00:10:03.000
October 1st, Wendy Vaughn. Heart-centered coaching. He was a coach myself.
00:10:03.000 --> 00:10:09.000
I love it. I go to my coaches. They're great to have, they're great to think about things and discuss things.
00:10:09.000 --> 00:10:16.000
Like a mastermind group. So come back on October 1st, and we need to talk to us about heart-centered coaching.
00:10:16.000 --> 00:10:20.000
Then, Dr. Yang. Here on October 8th?
00:10:20.000 --> 00:10:27.000
Foods impact our attitudes and our behaviors. Yes. What we eat can impact us.
00:10:27.000 --> 00:10:33.000
As far as our DNA, won't get into medicals, just not for doctors. This is for you and I.
00:10:33.000 --> 00:10:38.000
Talk about what we eat, and how it impacts us on a day-to-day basis.
00:10:38.000 --> 00:10:45.000
Come join us every week, Wednesdays, 1pm Pacific Time, 4pm Eastern Time. Love talking to you here.
00:10:45.000 --> 00:10:50.000
And always, anytime during the… the podcast. If you have questions.
00:10:50.000 --> 00:11:02.000
Put it in the chat. Now, VA, Renee, will be glad to take your question, and let's bring it out, and talk to others about what your questions may be.
00:11:02.000 --> 00:11:10.000
But here is our Shibute for today. I'm so excited. So I haven't talked as much as I have for some people.
00:11:10.000 --> 00:11:12.000
But what I've seen about her, what I know about her.
00:11:12.000 --> 00:11:19.000

00:12:59.000 --> 00:13:04.000
Ask your question. She'd love to hear from you. For today, please welcome.
00:13:04.000 --> 00:13:11.000
Sue Patz.
00:13:11.000 --> 00:13:13.000
Hey, Sue, how are you today?
00:13:13.000 --> 00:13:18.000
I'm doing great, yeah. Thanks for the opportunity.
00:13:18.000 --> 00:13:19.000
Yeah, glad to be here.
00:13:19.000 --> 00:13:25.000
So much will happen for you to be here. I am so glad. It's just so exciting. We haven't had a chance to talk much.
00:13:25.000 --> 00:13:29.000
So I'm just intrigued by all the things that you've done.
00:13:29.000 --> 00:13:35.000
What you're doing, where you are today. So if you would, feel a bit of the… for the obvious.
00:13:35.000 --> 00:13:41.000
We help them in their own growth journey. You have a strong academic foundation.
00:13:41.000 --> 00:13:47.000
Both pharmacology. Computer science. How did these disciplines shape you?
00:13:47.000 --> 00:13:55.000
And your approach to innovation itself, and with problem solving. So tell us a little bit about yourself, if you don't mind.
00:13:55.000 --> 00:14:02.000
Back home, actually, as I was studying… to become a PhD in pharmacology.
00:14:02.000 --> 00:14:09.000
But then I got married, I came to U.S. And everywhere I got admission for PhD was actually in…
00:14:09.000 --> 00:14:14.000
University is far away from Bay Area, and my husband wanted to stay.
00:14:14.000 --> 00:14:29.000
Live in Bay Area, he didn't want to move. So… I was newly married and PhD and all, it is a lot of commitment, it would be, like, 5-6 years of commitment, and then newly married, moving away, didn't make any sense.
00:14:29.000 --> 00:14:37.000
Someone had to sacrifice, right? So then, basically, I decided to change my major, I got into computer science because I was in the Bay Area.
00:14:37.000 --> 00:14:44.000
And then, I thought, so… We were, like, double income, no kids, we were enjoying our life.
00:14:44.000 --> 00:14:49.000
And I was totally against having any kind of business, because I always thought.
00:14:49.000 --> 00:14:54.000
If you want to have a business, you have to do a lot of unethical things.
00:14:54.000 --> 00:15:03.000
And that's why I was against… but then… And so, teenager, I had lots of problems, and I got into spirituality a lot.
00:15:03.000 --> 00:15:15.000
Because I got my answers from spiritualities. See, as a teenager, if you are confused, there are two options, either drugs or a better alternative, and I'm really thankful.
00:15:15.000 --> 00:15:25.000
That I chose spirituality, and when I studied more into spirituality, I really realized that money is not good or bad, money is neutral.
00:15:25.000 --> 00:15:32.000
It is the person who is holding money. Yeah, I mean, money just amplifies that person's nature, right?
00:15:32.000 --> 00:15:33.000
I started to realize all those things, and… When I… when we received our first.
00:15:33.000 --> 00:15:37.000
Very well said.
00:15:37.000 --> 00:15:48.000
Child. I just didn't want to leave that child to the daycare center and go to work. It didn't make sense. So then, from that moment on, I wanted to do something from home.
00:15:48.000 --> 00:15:52.000
And that time, I'm working from home was not that prominent.
00:15:52.000 --> 00:15:57.000
Then I had to get into businesses, and I have been a solopreneur almost whole of my life.
00:15:57.000 --> 00:16:09.000
And I had various kinds of businesses. And, you know, I knew that as a teenager, I knew that I had problems, and once you know that you have a problem, 50% of the problems are solved, and.
00:16:09.000 --> 00:16:18.000
Then I knew that I had to improve, so… My improvement was, like, there is a book called 1% Better.
00:16:18.000 --> 00:16:26.000
So it… so that the formula I have followed, that as far as you are better today than yesterday, that means you are succeeding.
00:16:26.000 --> 00:16:30.000
And you are never going to become perfect, because as a human being.
00:16:30.000 --> 00:16:35.000
The day you become perfect, God will call you, because none of the human beings are perfect. So then.
00:16:35.000 --> 00:16:42.000
As far as we are better today than yesterday, it is a really great journey. It may not happen every day. Sometimes you may feel.
00:16:42.000 --> 00:16:51.000
Not better than yesterday, but still. Most of the time, if you are better today than yesterday, then it is a successful journey, and that is the growth journey, and.
00:16:51.000 --> 00:17:01.000
You just apply that into your life, and you will… keep on growing, and you learn from everyone, you learn from everyone. No, I learn even from my kids.
00:17:01.000 --> 00:17:02.000
Absolutely.
00:17:02.000 --> 00:17:10.000
So, don't have ego, just have open mind and keep on learning, and… It will be really better. And as you become better, your business becomes better, because.
00:17:10.000 --> 00:17:19.000
Entrepreneurship is the best self-help. Program, and that is how… you become better, and you can serve your clients better, so…
00:17:19.000 --> 00:17:25.000
That is how… that is how my journey has shaped, and I had many businesses.
00:17:25.000 --> 00:17:31.000
But, you know, the strategy needed for any kind of business is the same.
00:17:31.000 --> 00:17:32.000
To help others, right?
00:17:32.000 --> 00:17:41.000
Yeah, yeah, help others, absolutely. Because when you create, uh, reserves and transformation into your clients.
00:17:41.000 --> 00:17:50.000
So, that is the thing, means it can be through anything. It can be a physical product, or your… Surveys or a digital product anyway.
00:17:50.000 --> 00:17:55.000
That's the thing, means whenever you provide solution for other people's problems.
00:17:55.000 --> 00:17:57.000
You are getting rewarded. That's it.
00:17:57.000 --> 00:18:00.000
I like that. And I also like… I'm sorry? Okay, yes. That's… and you say that so well, because…
00:18:00.000 --> 00:18:05.000
That's it, yeah.
00:18:05.000 --> 00:18:11.000
As you mentioned, that 1% solution. So you're just improving 1%.
00:18:11.000 --> 00:18:17.000
Each day, each week. Pick a time period, and find out what we need to improve.
00:18:17.000 --> 00:18:20.000
And there's so many things for me, I know that I need to improve.
00:18:20.000 --> 00:18:21.000
Yeah.
00:18:21.000 --> 00:18:26.000
I can just improve that 1%. Each day, it would go on and on.
00:18:26.000 --> 00:18:30.000
And it doesn't have to be measured, I think, like you're saying, Sue, it doesn't have to be that.
00:18:30.000 --> 00:18:36.000
You have to do this much, and… you're going to have days that you're not going to be able to accomplish as much, right?
00:18:36.000 --> 00:18:41.000
But you can still keep working. You know, 1% per day.
00:18:41.000 --> 00:18:47.000
And, like you said, you may not ever be 100%. But you can still be that 98%.
00:18:47.000 --> 00:18:52.000
95%, 99%. It'd be so much better.
00:18:52.000 --> 00:18:55.000
As we grow forward, right?
00:18:55.000 --> 00:18:58.000
Yeah, absolutely right, yeah.
00:18:58.000 --> 00:19:01.000
And then you mentioned, uh, you mentioned the Bay Area. Again, you mean San Francisco?
00:19:01.000 --> 00:19:03.000
Mm-hmm. Oh, yeah. Yeah, Silicon Valley…
00:19:03.000 --> 00:19:07.000
The Silicon Valley.
00:19:07.000 --> 00:19:13.000
We are equidistant, actually, from San Francisco, Oakland, and San Jose. We are 30 minutes away from.
00:19:13.000 --> 00:19:17.000
All major airports. We are in the East Bay.
00:19:17.000 --> 00:19:21.000
But it is still Bayer.
00:19:21.000 --> 00:19:32.000
I don't know that everyone knows, but the Bay Area means, so I just wanted to touch on that, just… to clarify what… with the Bay Area and Silicon Valley, because you mentioned computer science.
00:19:32.000 --> 00:19:33.000
Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm.
00:19:33.000 --> 00:19:37.000
And working with computers, and that growth. Especially just a few decades ago.
00:19:37.000 --> 00:19:38.000
Mm-hmm. Yeah, absolutely, yeah.
00:19:38.000 --> 00:19:44.000
How that growth in the Silicon Valley just exploded, right?
00:19:44.000 --> 00:19:45.000
There's a lot to do there.
00:19:45.000 --> 00:19:54.000
Yeah, but the living over here is also very expensive. It's really, really expensive, means you need to… You need to have two incomes, because, uh…
00:19:54.000 --> 00:20:02.000
For the price which you can buy houses in… Other areas here, even if you get garage for that price.
00:20:02.000 --> 00:20:09.000
See, it will be a miracle, so… It's quite a expensive area, but means we are used to…
00:20:09.000 --> 00:20:15.000
This area, so… Yeah, we don't have any complaints, no regrets.
00:20:15.000 --> 00:20:18.000
Right, and your family's there, so that makes it worthwhile, right?
00:20:18.000 --> 00:20:20.000
Yeah.
00:20:20.000 --> 00:20:26.000
Right? So you've built some careers in health? Health e-commerce.
00:20:26.000 --> 00:20:27.000
And talent placement?
00:20:27.000 --> 00:20:37.000
Yeah, because, yeah… Yeah, um, I was actually… so, I have a pharmacology background, and I was doing PhD in pharmacology, and the more I studied pharmacology.
00:20:37.000 --> 00:20:41.000
The more I realized that we should be staying away from the drugs.
00:20:41.000 --> 00:20:51.000
Because they are only for emergency. They don't give the… complete solution. They don't take care of here the root cause.
00:20:51.000 --> 00:20:55.000
And so prevention is better than cure, and that's why, I mean, specifically, I got into.
00:20:55.000 --> 00:21:01.000
E-commerce. Preventative things which can be useful for people.
00:21:01.000 --> 00:21:13.000
Who can, um… better their life, and… So that, that is really the… so that is part of my business. But I also had a placement for my place people for jobs.
00:21:13.000 --> 00:21:21.000
But when I was bedridden, that time, actually, I had a lot of things to… means, basically.
00:21:21.000 --> 00:21:28.000
I was just thinking… I really felt it was near-to-death experience, okay?
00:21:28.000 --> 00:21:29.000
Wow.
00:21:29.000 --> 00:21:40.000
So then, I was wondering, okay. I got one life, and it is really precious life, because there are so many human… there are so many species, and human species is the topmost, it is the best species, and I…
00:21:40.000 --> 00:21:49.000
Got that kind of life, so I should be doing something worthwhile, and then… When I got recovery from my, yeah.
00:21:49.000 --> 00:21:57.000
Problems, I really felt this is a second chance for me. I should do something really great with my life, and.
00:21:57.000 --> 00:22:04.000
See, you know, there are many, many projects you can do, whatever, but one life, how many projects you can do? And I thought.
00:22:04.000 --> 00:22:18.000
I should basically help solopreneurs succeed into their business, because I have been a solopreneur almost whole of my life. Now I'm more like entrepreneur, small business owner, because now I have a team, I'm no longer a solopreneur.
00:22:18.000 --> 00:22:27.000
But nobody understands solopreneur. Only one solopreneur understands other solopreneur. And… neither their friends nor their family. And then I thought, okay.
00:22:27.000 --> 00:22:34.000
I should do something for solopreneurs, because most solopreneurs quit their business before launching their first products.
00:22:34.000 --> 00:22:41.000
Many entrepreneurs don't see second year in their business. Those who say second year, many of them don't see fifth year in the business.
00:22:41.000 --> 00:22:50.000
All these things, I thought, okay, I should do something for them, and that's what… actually led me to do all these things, so I started blogging.
00:22:50.000 --> 00:22:58.000
And my blocks were based on spirituality and entrepreneurship. My blog started getting lots of traction. People loved my blogs.
00:22:58.000 --> 00:23:09.000
People said, we love your blocks, we don't have time to read the blogs, so… Why don't you have podcasts? Why don't you have YouTube channel? And I never wanted to do that, because English is my third language.
00:23:09.000 --> 00:23:23.000
And I didn't want to talk in front of people. But just because my audience wanted, I said, okay, I'm here in this business to serve my audience, and not to serve my ego or my imposter syndrome.
00:23:23.000 --> 00:23:32.000
So I started podcast within one day, and now I have 3 YouTube channels, and actually all are… It means basically eligible to…
00:23:32.000 --> 00:23:38.000
Monetize, but I'm not monetizing because I don't want to put ads into my educational content.
00:23:38.000 --> 00:23:46.000
So that is how, then, everything I created based on seeing the… Challenges, solopreneurs, entrepreneurs face.
00:23:46.000 --> 00:23:52.000
And then, my offers are provided solutions for their challenges.
00:23:52.000 --> 00:23:55.000
And that's great, and I'd like to ask you a question, because.
00:23:55.000 --> 00:24:03.000
When I talk about that solopreneur, as you're saying. Aren't there times when we are all, maybe not in an income producing?
00:24:03.000 --> 00:24:09.000
But isn't there a time when we are all solopreneurs? Because when we're working on our own.
00:24:09.000 --> 00:24:13.000
We are a solopreneur. We may not be out earning money.
00:24:13.000 --> 00:24:17.000
But that's still… we're solo, we're still taking on a challenge ahead of us.
00:24:17.000 --> 00:24:24.000
So there's a lot of, I think. I'd love to have your feedback on this. There's a lot of solopreneurs out there that are working for someone else.
00:24:24.000 --> 00:24:31.000
That might be very good. On their own, maybe with their own company. What do you think about that?
00:24:31.000 --> 00:24:38.000
Absolutely right. Many people actually die… with their dream in their heart.
00:24:38.000 --> 00:24:40.000
And solopreneurship gives you a chance to… Live your dream.
00:24:40.000 --> 00:24:46.000
Very well said.
00:24:46.000 --> 00:24:47.000
And people are scared, people are scared, people are scared of, uh, fear of unknown, people are scared that.
00:24:47.000 --> 00:24:52.000
I love it.
00:24:52.000 --> 00:25:02.000
Solopreneurship means there is no structure. There are so many problems solopreneurs face. They wear so many hats. If they don't prioritize.
00:25:02.000 --> 00:25:08.000
They will spend full day doing something which is totally… not important, not urgent.
00:25:08.000 --> 00:25:18.000
And they won't… produce anything, so at the end of the day, they will feel they were not productive at all. There are so many challenges, so.
00:25:18.000 --> 00:25:25.000
But, you know, there are lots of… Everywhere means there are lots of solutions to, and there is a lot of information available to.
00:25:25.000 --> 00:25:29.000
But you have to discipline. It is not going to be, like.
00:25:29.000 --> 00:25:36.000
9-to-5 job, and your boss is giving you a structure, and you have to… here, you are your own boss.
00:25:36.000 --> 00:25:43.000
And you may work even 5 to 9… 5 to 9 means it is, like, not 5PM to 9pm, it is 5AM to 9pm.
00:25:43.000 --> 00:25:44.000
That's exactly right.
00:25:44.000 --> 00:25:52.000
That can be possible, yeah, because many solopreneurs, they quit 40 average job, end up working 80 hours, nothing to show for.
00:25:52.000 --> 00:25:55.000
It's a challenge for that. And as we talk about that, I think you're making some very good points, because it brings into something else that I see that you do.
00:25:55.000 --> 00:26:00.000
Yeah.
00:26:00.000 --> 00:26:08.000
That's talent placement. Can you tell us more about that?
00:26:08.000 --> 00:26:19.000
So, there are lots of challenges, actually, solopreneurs face, and uh… You know, there are lots of, um…
00:26:19.000 --> 00:26:27.000
Solutions are also available. So, I would just recommend that. Choose a mentor whose lifestyle you want to live.
00:26:27.000 --> 00:26:32.000
Because there are so many strategies, there are so many things available, but.
00:26:32.000 --> 00:26:39.000
It may not be suitable to what your goal is. For example, my goal is to have time freedom.
00:26:39.000 --> 00:26:46.000
So, if someone is having their, uh… a multi-million dollar program, but if they are…
00:26:46.000 --> 00:26:52.000
Day-to-day involved into their business. It may not be suitable to my goal, what I want to achieve.
00:26:52.000 --> 00:26:59.000
So it is always. Better to combine your, uh, your goal, your personal mission.
00:26:59.000 --> 00:27:06.000
And put that into your business so that your personal branding, business branding, everything is same.
00:27:06.000 --> 00:27:10.000
And then you enjoy the journey. And when you enjoy your journey, your challenges just fade away, because then.
00:27:10.000 --> 00:27:15.000
I like that.
00:27:15.000 --> 00:27:26.000
Because you are so looking forward to achieving your goal. Your challenges fed away when challenges are countless. There are so many challenges, and as far as your living human being.
00:27:26.000 --> 00:27:31.000
Challenges will be there, and I guarantee you one thing, once you develop muscle.
00:27:31.000 --> 00:27:36.000
Overcoming one particular level of challenge. Your next challenge is going to be bigger.
00:27:36.000 --> 00:27:43.000
Because you already developed muscle for overcoming that challenge, so your next challenge is going to be bigger, and as far as you're leaving.
00:27:43.000 --> 00:27:49.000
There will be challenges. Only the people in cemetery, they don't have challenges, right? So…
00:27:49.000 --> 00:27:58.000
Well, don't some of our own talents? Like, I think about with you and… talent placement, because there's a lot of people who have talents that are very good at what they do.
00:27:58.000 --> 00:28:04.000
But they don't… grasped yet that that talent is valuable.
00:28:04.000 --> 00:28:08.000
And to be able to put that… place the priorities.
00:28:08.000 --> 00:28:13.000
On a person's talent, and help them getting beyond, as you mentioned earlier.
00:28:13.000 --> 00:28:20.000
People are scared, people are nervous. But with that talent placement, to be able to put our talents.
00:28:20.000 --> 00:28:24.000
In the right place, knowing, as you're saying, there's going to be challenges.
00:28:24.000 --> 00:28:30.000
There's always challenges, no matter what we do. The challenge would be created by our talent.
00:28:30.000 --> 00:28:37.000
That brings that next success forward. And like you and I do in our coaching, we help people.
00:28:37.000 --> 00:28:42.000
Get ahead. Help them take that next step.
00:28:42.000 --> 00:28:44.000
Where their talent is exemplified. Among the other people.
00:28:44.000 --> 00:28:51.000
Absolutely right, and talent, it's… Really, everyone is unique, you know, everyone is unique. Your talent, my talent.
00:28:51.000 --> 00:29:02.000
So what you are good at, I may not be good at that. Everyone has a talent, and you… When you have talent and passion for any particular thing.
00:29:02.000 --> 00:29:09.000
The creation becomes very easy for you. But other person may not have talent or passion in that particular thing.
00:29:09.000 --> 00:29:16.000
So they're willing to pay you for that, right? So if, um, so it is, it is a really win-win situation, because.
00:29:16.000 --> 00:29:25.000
You have a talent and passion in that particular area, so creation is easy, so it is really, like, a breeze for you. You are creating that particular thing.
00:29:25.000 --> 00:29:34.000
Other person may not have talent and passion in that area, so they're willing to pay for that. So, you are creating a win-win situation. So, if you.
00:29:34.000 --> 00:29:39.000
Entrepreneurship, business, small business. Solopreneurship, whatever, in that way.
00:29:39.000 --> 00:29:48.000
It is really… it is… It's so simple, because what happens, I have seen entrepreneurs, they have passion, they have passion.
00:29:48.000 --> 00:29:53.000
To use their talent and create, but when it comes to sales and marketing, they freeze.
00:29:53.000 --> 00:30:03.000
And that time I tell them, you know. People are willing to pay you because what comes easy for you, it is not easy for them. That's why they are willing to pay you.
00:30:03.000 --> 00:30:11.000
So, you… selling is not actually taboo, or it is, uh… people are really scared to sell, because they say.
00:30:11.000 --> 00:30:17.000
How can you say? It was so simple and easy for me, yeah, but it is not simple and easy for them.
00:30:17.000 --> 00:30:23.000
That's why they are willing to pay you. And there has to be energy exchange, because if there is no energy exchange.
00:30:23.000 --> 00:30:36.000
They want to value what they get, because when I was blogging, people… Got free resources, but when someone gets for free, they put it on the shelf, and they say, okay, I will look at it later.
00:30:36.000 --> 00:30:43.000
So, your talent placement is really important. Remember, you have a unique talent. Everyone is unique.
00:30:43.000 --> 00:30:50.000
And use your talent, and create your offers.
00:30:50.000 --> 00:30:56.000
I so like what you're saying with that, because… Everyone has a talent, and there's some things.
00:30:56.000 --> 00:31:04.000
That it takes one person longer to do than another. And sometimes, it's not worth our time to do some things.
00:31:04.000 --> 00:31:14.000
It's better to give it to someone else to do. And then we could do things that are more… based on our own talents, well, we can receive more value.
00:31:14.000 --> 00:31:15.000
Oh, absolutely! Absolutely. For example, if you want to renovate your house.
00:31:15.000 --> 00:31:19.000
Value may or may not be money.
00:31:19.000 --> 00:31:28.000
I know construction, yeah, you can educate yourself, and then you can renovate your house, or you just hire someone who is already licensed.
00:31:28.000 --> 00:31:33.000
Someone who's a professional that you can pay him, uh, whatever money.
00:31:33.000 --> 00:31:37.000
And you save your time, money, energy, and you get the work done.
00:31:37.000 --> 00:31:48.000
It can be applicable for anything. For example. For plumbing, you can say for electrician and all. So, it is the same thing. You know, someone is professional.
00:31:48.000 --> 00:31:59.000
You just call that person, that person will do the service. Of course, you can learn and do that, but… hey, you have to see means how much time, money, energy you have, and is it worth it?
00:31:59.000 --> 00:32:02.000
For you to spend that much of time, money, and energy.
00:32:02.000 --> 00:32:13.000
And learn it, and then do it. Instead of that, why not to… get all these services and offers done by someone else who is already expert at that, who is professional.
00:32:13.000 --> 00:32:17.000
You are saving your time, money, and energy, and you can see the immediate result.
00:32:17.000 --> 00:32:25.000
And transformation in your life. And that is how the coaches do, right? That is what you do, and that is what I do, right?
00:32:25.000 --> 00:32:32.000
That's exactly right, because, yes, that we could learn how, you mentioned being a plumber, being an electrician.
00:32:32.000 --> 00:32:36.000
Yes, we could get the books down, we could study and study and figure out how to do it.
00:32:36.000 --> 00:32:42.000
But how much time does it take. Of course, to learn all that, when, like you said, you could hire a professional.
00:32:42.000 --> 00:32:47.000
They could come and come to your house, less than an hour, they take care of it, and they're gone.
00:32:47.000 --> 00:32:52.000
And you didn't spend all that time learning, something that you'll probably never.
00:32:52.000 --> 00:32:54.000
Use it again, right?
00:32:54.000 --> 00:33:00.000
Yeah, absolutely right, because I have seen people spending. Three years in creating eCourse.
00:33:00.000 --> 00:33:09.000
And they're not even sure whether there is, uh… any demand for that e-course.
00:33:09.000 --> 00:33:10.000
And we only have so much.
00:33:10.000 --> 00:33:17.000
Time is so important, time is flying, you know, and… If you lose money, you can make money, but if you lose time, you cannot recreate the time. It is so important.
00:33:17.000 --> 00:33:21.000
I have seen people spending 6 months in creating lead magnet.
00:33:21.000 --> 00:33:29.000
Why? Why? It shouldn't take even, like, um, yeah… I don't know, not even 6 hours.
00:33:29.000 --> 00:33:35.000
To create a lead magnet, but people are spending 6 months, the time is so precious.
00:33:35.000 --> 00:33:46.000
Time is so precious, so you're so right, and that's… And that's one of the things with me, I hate wasted time. I talk about getting rid of hate and ending hate.
00:33:46.000 --> 00:33:51.000
But I know that for myself, that frustration and that distancing that it does.
00:33:51.000 --> 00:33:55.000
That wasted time. Because we have so little.
00:33:55.000 --> 00:34:04.000
Let's take advantage of the time we have. And make use of it. Let's hire that person that has that expertise, and we can focus on our talents.
00:34:04.000 --> 00:34:06.000
And grow forward, right? Well, um, so…
00:34:06.000 --> 00:34:15.000
Yeah, yeah. And do you remember means now this is September. You must be remembering the 1st of January.
00:34:15.000 --> 00:34:19.000
Can you believe 3 quarters are already gone? Raimi's flying like crazy!
00:34:19.000 --> 00:34:27.000
Gone. Mm-hmm. What happened this summer? I was talking to the better half the other day. Where'd summer go?
00:34:27.000 --> 00:34:29.000
That is so, so true. Well, tell me something.
00:34:29.000 --> 00:34:32.000
I know it got started and gone.
00:34:32.000 --> 00:34:41.000
That's right. Well, tell me something. I'm so sorry about your spinal cord injury. I was injured in automobile accident many years ago also.
00:34:41.000 --> 00:34:46.000
But you have a spinal cord injury. And you talk about.
00:34:46.000 --> 00:34:53.000
Spirituality, you chose a healing path. That was rooted more in alternative medicine.
00:34:53.000 --> 00:34:58.000
And that spirituality. How did that experience… I did that experience reshape your perspective?
00:34:58.000 --> 00:35:08.000
See… Uh, I got into many accidents, and most of the times, actually, it was, like, a rear-ending. Somebody hit me, hitting me.
00:35:08.000 --> 00:35:15.000
And no, I have an extra vertebra. And as you age, you shrink.
00:35:15.000 --> 00:35:25.000
So, everything accumulated together. It was… my condition was like that, I couldn't move, I couldn't get up, I couldn't take even single step.
00:35:25.000 --> 00:35:34.000
And, uh, when I went to doctors, they told me. You have extra vertebra and so many accidents, and now you are shrinking.
00:35:34.000 --> 00:35:41.000
Everything is jammed, so they said they will put. Some spacer in between each vertebra.
00:35:41.000 --> 00:35:50.000
So that I'll have more space, and then I'll be… able to move around. But, you know, I just didn't want to do that because…
00:35:50.000 --> 00:35:56.000
As a human being, someone… if they do one mistake with my spine, I will be bedridden forever.
00:35:56.000 --> 00:36:06.000
I just… I thought, okay, I'll use the alternate gear, and… I will put my mind with all the positive.
00:36:06.000 --> 00:36:11.000
Stuff, anything, it can be, like, a positive talk, or positive reading, anything.
00:36:11.000 --> 00:36:20.000
So that means I know there is a possibility. And I didn't even inform my friends or family that I had such a serious problem.
00:36:20.000 --> 00:36:29.000
Because sometimes people, they care, but then. They care too much, and they can even give… put some fear into your…
00:36:29.000 --> 00:36:38.000
Mind that, oh, this may not be possible. So I just actually just… put myself into just, uh.
00:36:38.000 --> 00:36:43.000
Like, um… I just put myself home, I didn't move around.
00:36:43.000 --> 00:36:48.000
But I put myself into all the positive talks, and I kept on taking the alternate care.
00:36:48.000 --> 00:36:49.000
Good.
00:36:49.000 --> 00:36:56.000
So, in the morning, actually, every day I woke up and I watch the movie The Secret.
00:36:56.000 --> 00:36:57.000
Oh, yes, I'll watch that several times.
00:36:57.000 --> 00:37:07.000
And, yeah, so that is about the law of attraction and all, and… I… listen to a lot of Bible-based talk, and also I studied Buddhism.
00:37:07.000 --> 00:37:14.000
I also studied lots of, uh, Gita, Bhagavad Gita. See, for me, spirituality and religion.
00:37:14.000 --> 00:37:26.000
There are two different things. I'm spiritual. I'm not religious. So, everything, because the more and more religions has studied it, the more and more I realize that everyone is telling the same thing.
00:37:26.000 --> 00:37:31.000
Only the different names. You won't believe there are same stories in many religions.
00:37:31.000 --> 00:37:41.000
Only the different names. So I don't know why people fight about religions, and next life, I might be in a totally different religion. So, I'm totally spiritual, and that helped me a lot.
00:37:41.000 --> 00:37:52.000
That helped me a lot. It was, uh… I think mainly because, you know, you recover your, uh, whatever, physical condition, mental condition.
00:37:52.000 --> 00:37:55.000
It's just by your mind frame. So if your mindset is right, and if you visualize the positive outcome.
00:37:55.000 --> 00:37:59.000
That is so true.
00:37:59.000 --> 00:38:07.000
It will happen, because you are giving signal to universe. The universe is your genie. Your universe wants to help you. If you give the signal.
00:38:07.000 --> 00:38:15.000
That, okay, this is what you want, universe will work. To provide you that. But people use it in a.
00:38:15.000 --> 00:38:28.000
Wrong way, because people just keep on… Pondering about all the negative things happening in their life, and the universe thinks, oh, you enjoy these things, and universe gives you more and more of that.
00:38:28.000 --> 00:38:35.000
Instead of that, if you keep on focusing on the things which are really helpful to you.
00:38:35.000 --> 00:38:40.000
University will give you more of that. And, you know, you become your best friend.
00:38:40.000 --> 00:38:45.000
So whatever is the best for you. You should create that into your reality.
00:38:45.000 --> 00:38:53.000
First, by visualizing it, and then basically giving signals to. Universe, and then you… it becomes a reality.
00:38:53.000 --> 00:39:00.000
It's really just simple formula. It is a simple formula, and it is… everything is love, sowing, and ripping, because.
00:39:00.000 --> 00:39:08.000
Here, you are showing your thought. And the reaping is always, you know, reaping is bountiful more than whatever you have sought.
00:39:08.000 --> 00:39:15.000
And ripping is always more than, yeah, what you have sown, and it is the same of what you have sown, because.
00:39:15.000 --> 00:39:21.000
You will never find… or mango tree by sowing a peach.
00:39:21.000 --> 00:39:27.000
Seed. It is not going to happen. So, you will get exactly same whatever year zone, and you will get.
00:39:27.000 --> 00:39:28.000
Afterwards, you have sown. So, you are not going to get immediately. So, if you know these three things.
00:39:28.000 --> 00:39:32.000
So true.
00:39:32.000 --> 00:39:41.000
The life becomes really simple and easy. So just make sure, whatever you're sewing at, sewing is… means it is not just, like.
00:39:41.000 --> 00:39:46.000
Tangible, what you see in the backyard. You are sowing whatever, and you are ripping that.
00:39:46.000 --> 00:39:56.000
It is same thing, because this… This mind is also a fertile ground, this universe is a fertile ground, so everywhere, whatever way you are sowing.
00:39:56.000 --> 00:40:03.000
And sewing can be by anything, by your words, by your thinking, everything, whatever it is.
00:40:03.000 --> 00:40:10.000
That is what you are showing, and you are going to reap exactly the same thing later on, and bountiful.
00:40:10.000 --> 00:40:13.000
And that's so true with the points that… what we think about.
00:40:13.000 --> 00:40:15.000
Is what we're going to grow with. And we can talk about the good or the bad, and I speak on this.
00:40:15.000 --> 00:40:20.000
Oh, yeah.
00:40:20.000 --> 00:40:25.000
That you can find something wrong with everything, but you can also find something good with everything.
00:40:25.000 --> 00:40:30.000
And too many times, we take it to the extremes. You know, I'm spiritual, I'm religious.
00:40:30.000 --> 00:40:34.000
I know what I believe. But I know the positive.
00:40:34.000 --> 00:40:43.000
Actions that come from what I believe. And that's what people are too… Even back to what you said earlier, Sue, about people being afraid.
00:40:43.000 --> 00:40:46.000
They're not… they're afraid to commit. They're afraid… they're afraid of responsibility.
00:40:46.000 --> 00:40:49.000
Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah.
00:40:49.000 --> 00:40:51.000
Afraid of accountability. And they fall to the side.
00:40:51.000 --> 00:40:53.000
Absolutely. Yeah.
00:40:53.000 --> 00:40:58.000
They fall to the indecision. That causes a lot of troubles.
00:40:58.000 --> 00:40:59.000
Yeah.
00:40:59.000 --> 00:41:05.000
And I think even… even today. Many of our listeners, they also face their own setbacks.
00:41:05.000 --> 00:41:06.000
Just like you, just like me. What has helped you?
00:41:06.000 --> 00:41:09.000
Mm-hmm.
00:41:09.000 --> 00:41:14.000
Turn your greatest challenge. And to this powerful new beginning.
00:41:14.000 --> 00:41:17.000
Like you call it, how does it help you, your own setbacks?
00:41:17.000 --> 00:41:21.000
How did it help you turn that greatest challenge? Into the new beginning.
00:41:21.000 --> 00:41:28.000
Okay, if you look at greatest challenge, you know. That is the best opportunity.
00:41:28.000 --> 00:41:35.000
Because I was running… with 100 miles per hour, and it was really…
00:41:35.000 --> 00:41:40.000
Going too busy. It forced me to take rest.
00:41:40.000 --> 00:41:45.000
It forced me to look at me, look at my life.
00:41:45.000 --> 00:41:54.000
It forced me to change the direction. So, the greatest challenge is the greatest opportunity. You will always see that.
00:41:54.000 --> 00:41:59.000
Always see, whatever you think it is the worst thing happened to you.
00:41:59.000 --> 00:42:07.000
Might be the best lesson you got. It's always… and that is how means I looked at it, means.
00:42:07.000 --> 00:42:23.000
I'm thankful I was better done for one year, otherwise I would have never taken that much of rest, otherwise I would have never soaked myself into so much of spiritual talk, I would have never… Changed my thinking, and I would have died with the regrets.
00:42:23.000 --> 00:42:38.000
I'm so thankful that that thing happened into my life. So, I know your listeners means everyone is going through challenges, and your challenges are different from my challenges, no doubt about it, because we all…
00:42:38.000 --> 00:42:47.000
Have different life, we have different challenges. But just look at your challenges the way that way. It is the greatest opportunity.
00:42:47.000 --> 00:42:52.000
It is the greatest opportunity, and I'm so thankful. I'm really thankful.
00:42:52.000 --> 00:42:57.000
So, every challenge, even, um… when I was a teenager, I had lots of.
00:42:57.000 --> 00:43:04.000
Problems even with my… some college, I had some stuff happened and all.
00:43:04.000 --> 00:43:11.000
That was a really bad… thing happened into my life and all. But I really am thankful because of that, I got.
00:43:11.000 --> 00:43:18.000
To know the value of people in my life. There's so many things, everything you look at it.
00:43:18.000 --> 00:43:27.000
So, it's never going to be… you… Don't play victim, okay? You become victor of your life, and when you look at those things.
00:43:27.000 --> 00:43:37.000
With this new perspective. You will… you will enjoy. And I'm not saying you ask for more challenges, or the similar challenges, because.
00:43:37.000 --> 00:43:45.000
Once you are giving signal. To universe that you learned from their challenges, you are not going to get the same challenge again.
00:43:45.000 --> 00:43:51.000
You will get different one. As per it, you will learn, you… From that challenge, and you implement.
00:43:51.000 --> 00:43:58.000
Into that, into your life, so that you are not going to do the same mistake again and again. See, I have a team, and I always tell them.
00:43:58.000 --> 00:44:04.000
It's okay to make mistakes, but don't make the same mistakes again and again. It's perfectly okay to make mistakes.
00:44:04.000 --> 00:44:08.000
And when you are talking about positive and negative, there is a story.
00:44:08.000 --> 00:44:12.000
When grandpa is telling that I have two monkeys on my shoulder, one.
00:44:12.000 --> 00:44:19.000
On one shoulder is a monkey who always thinks good, and other shoulder, monkey is always complaining.
00:44:19.000 --> 00:44:27.000
So then, um… the grandkid was asking, so Grandpa, which monkey wins?
00:44:27.000 --> 00:44:31.000
So the grandpa says, the monkey which I feed.
00:44:31.000 --> 00:44:36.000
Exactly. Yep. I like that, too, and I always heard it was the wolf, a good wolf and the bad wolf.
00:44:36.000 --> 00:44:42.000
Which… which wolf… survives, and it's the one that we feed.
00:44:42.000 --> 00:44:48.000
That is so true about what you're saying. Because we've got to start building, or continue building.
00:44:48.000 --> 00:44:53.000
And not let other things get us down. Don't look to that negative.
00:44:53.000 --> 00:44:58.000
Do that love, and caring, and commitment. And go forward.
00:44:58.000 --> 00:45:02.000
Well, let's talk just a minute. We have about 15 minutes left.
00:45:02.000 --> 00:45:08.000
Let's talk about your kind of, like, rapid… The RAPID Revenue Blueprint?
00:45:08.000 --> 00:45:14.000
Can you tell us more about that, and how that changes reality, putting you on the fast track?
00:45:14.000 --> 00:45:17.000
To sing better? In just, what, 90 days?
00:45:17.000 --> 00:45:22.000
Yeah, many people are so worried about whether AI will take their.
00:45:22.000 --> 00:45:29.000
Business. Ai will take away their coaching, AI will take away their course creation and all.
00:45:29.000 --> 00:45:40.000
Here, I'm showing you how you can AI-proof your business. So, my rapid revenue, every lecture and module, I have a custom GPT, which people can use.
00:45:40.000 --> 00:45:48.000
And I have… I have various ways, depending on your situation, you can pick and choose the path you want to take.
00:45:48.000 --> 00:45:55.000
I provide ready-made digital products, because then it cuts down the product creation time.
00:45:55.000 --> 00:46:09.000
And immediately, you can start sharing and creating revenue. Because I want the solopreneur to be really successful as early as possible. When I was starting digital business, I was told that you will see real money only in the third year.
00:46:09.000 --> 00:46:15.000
I didn't like that. Now, I can just say that, okay, you can see real money even in your third month.
00:46:15.000 --> 00:46:29.000
So, that is a really shortcut. So here, AI proofing your business, so I have custom GPTs in my modules and lectures, but I am providing lesser coaching one-on-one, 15 minutes.
00:46:29.000 --> 00:46:36.000
Every week, so that you know. What step to take next.
00:46:36.000 --> 00:46:44.000
And, of course, there is a group coaching every month. So what is happening when you provide this laser coaching weekly?
00:46:44.000 --> 00:46:49.000
It actually moves the needle. Because they get the personal.
00:46:49.000 --> 00:46:56.000
Action plan, because you cannot have the cookie-cutter formula for everyone. They get personalized action plan, plus.
00:46:56.000 --> 00:47:01.000
They become accountable to their own dreams, accountable to their own business.
00:47:01.000 --> 00:47:13.000
Because many times people join their systems. And they take their whatever time it is, and here, if you are accountable to someone, you take action, you implement.
00:47:13.000 --> 00:47:18.000
You move the needle, and you will see the results. So here it is, based off the both worlds.
00:47:18.000 --> 00:47:26.000
So I have a human interaction. Plus, I have AI. So, I have desktop AI and human interaction, because.
00:47:26.000 --> 00:47:32.000
I bring human collaborations. So that, with the collaborations, you can create leads.
00:47:32.000 --> 00:47:40.000
Ongoing leads, and you can create revenue. And I have best of both worlds of… Group coaching, and one-on-one coaching.
00:47:40.000 --> 00:47:46.000
If you just want one-on-one coaching, you have to pay a premium price tag, but here we are providing 15 minutes.
00:47:46.000 --> 00:47:56.000
Lesser coaching, so that without paying premium price tag. Here, based off the both words, you can have group coaching plus one-on-one. So, this is the best way.
00:47:56.000 --> 00:48:01.000
And I have been part of this kind of program, and that moved the needle into my business.
00:48:01.000 --> 00:48:09.000
So, I'm providing the same model for… my clients too, so that they can see the results and transformation.
00:48:09.000 --> 00:48:15.000
They can see the monetization happening. In… actually, they can see when the first week, if they have.
00:48:15.000 --> 00:48:22.000
Establish subscriber base, but if they don't have subscriber base, they are starting from scratch, they can see the money in 3 months.
00:48:22.000 --> 00:48:31.000
Like, 90 days, and if they want to go global, I have a program where they can go global within one year.
00:48:31.000 --> 00:48:35.000
That was great. Great for people to be able to see that.
00:48:35.000 --> 00:48:38.000
One of the things, as I hear you talking, because I agree with what you're saying, because.
00:48:38.000 --> 00:48:46.000
So much of our achievement in our progress. Is all about what we talked to… talked earlier.
00:48:46.000 --> 00:48:51.000
Is taking that one step at a time, moving forward, doing something.
00:48:51.000 --> 00:48:52.000
And that's, I think, where a lot of what you're focusing on here.
00:48:52.000 --> 00:48:55.000
Yeah.
00:48:55.000 --> 00:48:58.000
It's putting that 6 months down, here's what you're going to do.
00:48:58.000 --> 00:49:03.000
Here's your group sessions, here's the time for you to learn and build.
00:49:03.000 --> 00:49:08.000
But I think one of the problems we have, and I believe you mentioned even on your website.
00:49:08.000 --> 00:49:14.000
Is burnout. How burnout can be a real… be a true challenge for entrepreneurs.
00:49:14.000 --> 00:49:20.000
Personally and professionally. But I think you also have some strategies that you recommend.
00:49:20.000 --> 00:49:24.000
We're going forward. Without losing balance. Is that right?
00:49:24.000 --> 00:49:29.000
Absolutely right. I remember… Last year, Valentine's Day.
00:49:29.000 --> 00:49:39.000
I created one blog post 40… ways to self-care, and basically, my theme was, be your own valentine, because I thought.
00:49:39.000 --> 00:49:44.000
For Valentine's Day, if someone doesn't have Valentine in their life, they can be their own Valentine.
00:49:44.000 --> 00:49:54.000
And they can… they can enjoy the Valentine Day. And that blog post went viral, and it still brings leads for me.
00:49:54.000 --> 00:50:02.000
So, those are the things, those are the strategies I share, and… Burnout is real. It is so real.
00:50:02.000 --> 00:50:10.000
Because, as I said, that people quit 40 hours of job and end up working 80 hours in their own business.
00:50:10.000 --> 00:50:16.000
And most entrepreneurs, solopreneurs, they were called 7 days, they don't have any holiday.
00:50:16.000 --> 00:50:26.000
And initially, they don't even have anything to show for. So, how you can avoid burnout just by simple, simple strategies.
00:50:26.000 --> 00:50:30.000
And those are really important. For example, whenever I do presentations.
00:50:30.000 --> 00:50:40.000
I do presentations on trade mill. So my brand is like the lady who gives presentations on treadmill, because here I'm just showing that, okay.
00:50:40.000 --> 00:50:45.000
You can be on Trademill, you can take care of your health, and you can still build your business.
00:50:45.000 --> 00:50:51.000
So you are taking… you don't have to build your business at the cost of your health.
00:50:51.000 --> 00:50:57.000
You can incorporate both things together. And how it is so vital to take.
00:50:57.000 --> 00:51:03.000
Brakes, so that you can… revitalize your brain.
00:51:03.000 --> 00:51:09.000
So there is a story, like, um, two woodcutters. One takes breaks, and he sharpens his axe, and.
00:51:09.000 --> 00:51:21.000
He'll become… he refreshes his mind. And the other person actually keeps on cutting wood all the time, and he thinks, what is this person is taking so many breaks and what? But at the end of the day.
00:51:21.000 --> 00:51:29.000
The person who takes breaks, who sharpens his eggs. He has more woodcut than the person who keeps on working continuously.
00:51:29.000 --> 00:51:35.000
So, if you remember this story. That will surely tell you that, okay.
00:51:35.000 --> 00:51:46.000
How you can keep on educating yourself. And how you can implement that, and how you can take breaks, and just simple, simple things, you avoid burnout.
00:51:46.000 --> 00:51:52.000
Because… but now it means… then you… Don't enjoy the journey, and you know.
00:51:52.000 --> 00:51:57.000
Destination is so short-lived. Don't put your happiness.
00:51:57.000 --> 00:52:04.000
On destination. Enjoy the journey. And many times, people think, oh, I'm in the business.
00:52:04.000 --> 00:52:10.000
Make money. If I want to have fun, I will go out with my friends, and I will enjoy.
00:52:10.000 --> 00:52:15.000
It's not like that, you know, if you're spending more than one-third of your life in building your business.
00:52:15.000 --> 00:52:20.000
You should enjoy. That is my perspective.
00:52:20.000 --> 00:52:22.000
I think you're right, that's one of the things we want to think about.
00:52:22.000 --> 00:52:28.000
Is we have to… learn to enjoy, or learn to change.
00:52:28.000 --> 00:52:29.000
Yeah.
00:52:29.000 --> 00:52:33.000
There's ways to improve. We're gonna enjoy what we're doing. If we're not…
00:52:33.000 --> 00:52:37.000
Growing forward. Why are we doing what we're doing?
00:52:37.000 --> 00:52:39.000
Yes. Yeah, if you want to be miserable, why do you want to start your own business?
00:52:39.000 --> 00:52:43.000
But it's all gonna be about.
00:52:43.000 --> 00:52:48.000
You can be miserable at your job!
00:52:48.000 --> 00:52:52.000
Why would people want to do that? But some people do.
00:52:52.000 --> 00:52:58.000
But again, that's sometimes in training, and with us, as coaches, that's what we want to do, is to be able to coach others.
00:52:58.000 --> 00:53:02.000
Because so many people, which is why I have the podcast, why you have podcasts.
00:53:02.000 --> 00:53:07.000
While we coach, because there's a lot of people who just don't know.
00:53:07.000 --> 00:53:14.000
The circle that they're in. They're 5 best friends, 6 best friends, 3 best friends, or maybe even 10 best friends.
00:53:14.000 --> 00:53:19.000
Are not helping them. To get out of that rut.
00:53:19.000 --> 00:53:26.000
In the road. But by doing… what you're doing, helping with the ability to.
00:53:26.000 --> 00:53:35.000
Take that next step, and the ability to grow forward. And with you talking about how much more we can do with digital entrepreneurship.
00:53:35.000 --> 00:53:36.000
How we can use things, and again, I'm touching a couple of points here.
00:53:36.000 --> 00:53:39.000
Yes.
00:53:39.000 --> 00:53:43.000
But even as I talk about achieving unity, because there's always.
00:53:43.000 --> 00:53:51.000
Someone else. You've got. Your customer. No one lives alone.
00:53:51.000 --> 00:53:56.000
Other people is what makes our life valuable in one way or another.
00:53:56.000 --> 00:53:59.000
Even if you're a Grinch, or whoever else you might be.
00:53:59.000 --> 00:54:04.000
You're still dependent upon others. And I think what you're talking about.
00:54:04.000 --> 00:54:08.000
With the e-commerce challenges. How you're turning those into opportunities?
00:54:08.000 --> 00:54:12.000
We must utilize others. To make that work, right?
00:54:12.000 --> 00:54:17.000
No, I totally agree with you, because you should be part of a community, and community.
00:54:17.000 --> 00:54:25.000
Mainly consisting of two pit… two, uh… two kinds of people. First is, you should have a guide or mentor.
00:54:25.000 --> 00:54:31.000
Who can take care of your blind spots. And who can tell you what works, what doesn't work.
00:54:31.000 --> 00:54:39.000
So that you will get a shortcut for your success. So you should need a guide or mentor, and second thing, you need peers.
00:54:39.000 --> 00:54:49.000
So that peer-to-peer accountability is so important, because you see others are going through the same challenges, similar challenges, and they are overcoming.
00:54:49.000 --> 00:55:00.000
You will get inspiration from that. So, you are absolutely right. Achieving unity is so important, and that is possible with other people, that is possible with community.
00:55:00.000 --> 00:55:02.000
It is really important.
00:55:02.000 --> 00:55:09.000
It is, thank you so much. I love how you bring that together and share that.
00:55:09.000 --> 00:55:15.000
Togetherness, and as you're saying, the peers. Our peer-to-peer, talking to our friends, our acquaintances.
00:55:15.000 --> 00:55:18.000
People we work with, people who work for, people who work for us.
00:55:18.000 --> 00:55:23.000
To build that going forward. We only have a few minutes left.
00:55:23.000 --> 00:55:28.000
So going forward, looking ahead. What do you see as the future?
00:55:28.000 --> 00:55:32.000
For digital entrepreneurship. And what… how that works for the solopreneurs.
00:55:32.000 --> 00:55:39.000
How can they prepare now? What's coming later, or tomorrow.
00:55:39.000 --> 00:55:48.000
Digital entrepreneurship. I think it is the best way… best kind of business, I really feel, because…
00:55:48.000 --> 00:55:58.000
It takes care of a lot of things you really don't need to do. The dropshipping, and you don't need to have inventory. You create ones, and you can sell forever.
00:55:58.000 --> 00:56:03.000
It's so… so many things. Of course, the trends change, so you can upgrade your product, whatever it is.
00:56:03.000 --> 00:56:11.000
But it is the best way, and… I'm not saying you have to have full-fledged business, but you can start as a side hustle.
00:56:11.000 --> 00:56:19.000
It's always better to have some backup. People have. All kinds of insurances, people have car insurance, home insurance, health insurance.
00:56:19.000 --> 00:56:24.000
But there is no job insurance. So this is how you create job insurance.
00:56:24.000 --> 00:56:33.000
This is how something, actually, you can… give to your next generation. There are so many benefits, there are so many benefits.
00:56:33.000 --> 00:56:38.000
And people are unnecessarily worried about whether AI will take my job.
00:56:38.000 --> 00:56:45.000
No, AI is a tool. Ai will make you more productive. You have to use the tool properly.
00:56:45.000 --> 00:56:53.000
So AI actually is making you more productive. It's not like… yeah, it will take your job if you don't… stay with the trend.
00:56:53.000 --> 00:57:00.000
So, don't worry about that, and. Now, for example, I am living my dream.
00:57:00.000 --> 00:57:08.000
Of digital entrepreneurship, but I always wanted to do something with spirituality. So, I'm writing books based on spirituality and entrepreneurship.
00:57:08.000 --> 00:57:17.000
And that also I'm bringing into my business, and I'm also having the stand-alone offers of the spirituality entrepreneurship. I'm writing books and all.
00:57:17.000 --> 00:57:26.000
So, you know, you will live your dream. And I'm saying it is the best opportunity, and it is available.
00:57:26.000 --> 00:57:39.000
For everyone, you don't have to lose any office space. Everything is… I have even a course, free course, that tells you how you can create digital products for free.
00:57:39.000 --> 00:57:42.000
You can host them for free, you can market them for free.
00:57:42.000 --> 00:57:47.000
So that once you have one product created, validated, and creating.
00:57:47.000 --> 00:57:54.000
Money, uh, revenue on cruise control. Then you can do whatever you've always wanted to do.
00:57:54.000 --> 00:57:55.000
So, everything you can do on ShowString budget, everything is possible.
00:57:55.000 --> 00:57:59.000
I like that.
00:57:59.000 --> 00:58:10.000
But only thing you have to take action. We are doing our part. Mark, you are doing your part, I am doing my part. No, they have to do their part.
00:58:10.000 --> 00:58:11.000
We all do, and that's one of the things, yes. That we all need to know about that, and as you just mentioned.
00:58:11.000 --> 00:58:16.000
So, you… yeah.
00:58:16.000 --> 00:58:19.000
Get into the crew so you can use that cruise control.
00:58:19.000 --> 00:58:27.000
But learn your passion, learn what you want to do. And take it forward, because if you want to live your dream.
00:58:27.000 --> 00:58:32.000
You've got to know your dream. And understand your dream to take it forward, right?
00:58:32.000 --> 00:58:34.000
Yes, thank you.
00:58:34.000 --> 00:58:39.000
Oh, you bet. We're deeply grateful to have Sue Patz here today joining us.
00:58:39.000 --> 00:58:44.000

She's empowering solopreneurs, which is all of us. We all do things on our own. As we build the unity of others.
00:59:17.000 --> 00:59:21.000
Worldwide. Turning those challenges into opportunities.
00:59:21.000 --> 00:59:27.000
And building sustainable futures. So, again, thank you for your wisdom.
00:59:27.000 --> 00:59:33.000
You're encouragement, your authenticity. And the things that you brought to this conversation, and it's been a true honor.
00:59:33.000 --> 00:59:39.000
To learn from the story, and to share your mission. The mission of leaving no dream.
00:59:39.000 --> 00:59:43.000
Behind with our audience. Any closing comments?
00:59:43.000 --> 00:59:53.000
No, I really appreciate the work you are doing. See, when your logo tells everything, focus, reality, success, dynamics, and solutions.
00:59:53.000 --> 01:00:08.000
Everything is encompassing that. So… Keep up the great work, means I really appreciate your oper… and I'm really… I just want to tell you your…
01:00:08.000 --> 01:00:09.000
Thank you.

Audience that they are blessed. So I just want to tell them that bring your friend, because Mark is adding so much value to your life.
01:00:15.000 --> 01:00:20.000
Share that with other people. Just… just make sure, because he is.
01:00:20.000 --> 01:00:26.000
Really bringing. So much of change into your life.
01:00:26.000 --> 01:00:32.000
So, if you help someone else bringing into his community, it will help them.
01:00:32.000 --> 01:00:33.000
Thank you, Sue. Thank you.
01:00:33.000 --> 01:00:40.000
So, I'm really thankful, keep up the great work, and I'm… really grateful, and it's blessed to be part of this podcast.
01:00:40.000 --> 01:00:47.000
And Sue, as you say that, our journeys. Serve as a powerful reminder that unity.
01:00:47.000 --> 01:00:54.000
And the New Beginning Success Collaboration. As you're talking about, that you have developed and are building on.
01:00:54.000 --> 01:01:00.000
Start from within, through self-awareness. Through resilience and a willingness.
01:01:00.000 --> 01:01:04.000
To grow from the failures or the challenges that we may see.
01:01:04.000 --> 01:01:10.000
As today's message perfectly relates to the achieving unity success formula.
01:01:10.000 --> 01:01:16.000
Transforming chaos. Into clarity. Isolation into inclusion.
01:01:16.000 --> 01:01:23.000
And broken trust into an intentional. Focused collaboration.
01:01:23.000 --> 01:01:28.000
We all have room to improve. Do our teamwork? You can't do it alone.
01:01:28.000 --> 01:01:35.000
Remember, unity isn't just an ideal. It's a daily choice to lead with empathy.
01:01:35.000 --> 01:01:42.000
Act with integrity, and uplift others along the way. If what I'm sharing resonates with you today.

01:02:00.000 --> 01:02:05.000
