Known for his practical “roll up your sleeves” approach to leadership and problem-solving, Mark helps individuals and organizations create environments that increase desire, commitment, motivation, and the ability to achieve meaningful results.

Mark holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Management, a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Information Systems, and multiple professional certifications. His diverse professional background gives him a broad perspective and a practical understanding of leadership, communication, organizational success, relationships, and personal development.

As a coach and counselor for more than 30 years, Mark has worked with individuals, couples, families, and groups addressing divorce and relationship recovery, parenting issues, anger management, life and work transitions, leadership, and business success. His experience includes mediation, motivation, coaching, counseling, and helping people navigate challenging personal and professional circumstances.

Mark is the founder of Reality Focused Dynamics Corp. and the creator of the Achieving Unity Leadership System™. His work is centered on helping people move beyond learned behaviors, assumptions, and ineffective patterns to create healthier communication, stronger relationships, and greater unity. His approach encourages individuals and leaders to examine their responses, recognize what is and is not producing effective results, and make intentional choices that lead to better outcomes.

Mark’s leadership and community involvement includes serving as Colorado Coordinator for the National Children’s Rights Council, President of The Best Parent is Both Parents organization, Collegiate Advisor at DeVry University in Colorado Springs, Vice-Chair of the El Paso County Highway and Traffic Commission, and an appointed member of the Steering Committee for the Pikes Peak Regional Transportation Authority. He also served as elected Chair of the Pikes Peak Regional Transportation Authority Citizen’s Advisory Committee and has been active with organizations including North Colorado Springs Rotary, the Project Management Institute, and the Software Quality Association Denver (SQuAD).

Mark was the Commencement Speaker for DeVry University’s 2003 graduating class and has chaired and spoken at numerous events throughout the Denver metropolitan area and El Paso County, Colorado.
