Achieving Unity with DEI!

Group of diverse hands jon top of each other in the center

Achieving Unity by Ending Anger, Hate and Prejudice is accomplished through an action plan that delivers results in multiple arenas including, but not limited to, Coaching, a dedicated Speech of learning and the book that will be out around the end of the first quarter 2024.

In Achieving Unity, I mentor leaders to empower themselves in Achieving Unity by ending Anger, Hate and Prejudice, personally and professionally, through the elimination of the crises that were created by holding onto yesterday’s invalid cultures. We improve our attitudes that were accepted decades ago and do not fit in with today’s professional lifestyle.

DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion), started in the mid-1960’s and is an excellent program that seems to have encountered several challenges as we read more about it from Academy Health, Pew Research Center, Wikipedia and many other sites.

With the excellent efforts of everyone working toward the fair treatment of all, we seem to continually fall back to individual labeling instead of cultural improvement.

As I speak toward Achieving Unity, I emphasize the importance, yet simplicity, of there being only four blood types in our bodies. The types are A, B, AB and O. No matter where we go in our world, there will be only those four blood types.

It does not matter which state we are in as we travel around the United States of America, it does not matter what beach we may travel to around Australia, the Caribbean or Hawaii, it does not matter if we are in Russia, China, Korea, Vietnam, Europe or any other Country.

From the love that flows through our veins and into our hearts, all of us, everyone, everywhere, the love, our blood types, can also be the same.

As we work together in Achieving Unity by Ending Anger, Hate and Prejudice, we, too, can better understand what Unity is and how we grow together. Everyone can better understand that the color of our skin is one of our values and not a detriment. We cannot judge or label someone because they are darker or lighter skinned than another person as we must, instead, realize that they may be the same blood type as we are!

When I was in a critical vehicle accident in Southern Mississippi, I required about nine pints of blood. Does anyone think that my parents, family or friends cared if the person that gave that blood for me was the same race, creed, color, gender, sexual orientation, nationality, social status or religious affiliation as me?

If the blood is pure, my heart will pump that love, that blood type, to carry the oxygen through my veins so I can live another day.

As we work together toward Achieving Unity, we can also embrace Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI). Each of us can be diverse in our beliefs, opinions and values without creating anger. Each of us can maintain equity, value, within our soul, our heart and mind without any hate. In Unity, we will also always be inclusive without prejudice. We can help each other in every way without any thought toward our differences or any negativity.

We are one. Four blood types (A, B, AB and O) with four steps to a better understanding of our valued life (Achieving Unity by Ending Anger, Hate and Prejudice).

Let us work together today! Achieving Unity through our Diversities, our Equities and our Inclusiveness.
